HELP :S

yeah I know i've been away for so long now.
I don't know what to do if I should,go to the doctor or someting please help :'o

I have this big spider phobia and yesterday I saw one big spider close to me and I started to scream and got it a big shock.
I started to shake and I couldn't breathe.I thought I was going to collapse any second.Then I drank some water and for 30mins I was getting myself together :S

this is really weird I don't know what do to.
